Just 1 km from the coast, you can drive down to your own private parking space, reserved exclusively for you. Inside, the villa is bright and airy, with windows on all sides filling the space with natural light and refreshing sea breezes. The living room features vintage and modern pieces, a comfortable sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The recently built designer kitchen, with a central island crafted by an Italian design house, is fully equipped for memorable culinary experiences. Accommodation details: - Ground floor: - Two bedrooms, each with two beds (120 cm wide). - Upper floor: - One master suite with two beds (140 cm each) and access to a private terrace with sea view. - Two double bedrooms (each with a 140 cm bed), both with access to a terrace overlooking the sea. - One additional bedroom with two beds (120 cm wide). - The last upstairs bedroom (with 2 beds) also has a terrace with sea view.
